User Data Deletion Instructions

Last Updated: October 14, 2026

At ProfileBundle (operated by Risona Technologies LLP), we respect your privacy and provide transparent, effortless methods to review, unlink, and permanently delete your personal and third-party platform data (including Instagram, Facebook Pages / Messenger, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Sign-In and Telegram data).

In accordance with Meta Platform Terms, the Zoom Marketplace Developer Agreement, the Google API Services User Data Policy, GDPR, and Indian Information Technology regulations, this page outlines step-by-step instructions on how users, creators, buyers and commenters can request or perform complete data deletion.

Option 1: Revoke Access Directly via Facebook or Instagram

For Facebook Pages (Messenger AutoDM):

  1. Log in to your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Click on Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
  3. Find ProfileBundle in the active list.
  4. Click Remove to revoke all Page tokens, webhook subscriptions, and permissions immediately.

For Instagram Professional Accounts:

  1. Open the Instagram app on your mobile device.
  2. Go to your Profile and tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner.
  3. Navigate to Settings and privacy > Website permissions > Apps and websites.
  4. Under the Active tab, locate ProfileBundle.
  5. Tap Remove. This immediately revokes ProfileBundle's access token and access permissions.

When you remove ProfileBundle in Facebook or Instagram, Meta notifies us automatically and we disconnect the account and stop its automations. If you also choose to have your data deleted there, Meta sends us a deletion request: we permanently delete the connection and all AutoDM data built on it, and Meta gives you a confirmation code you can check on this page.

Delete Your Whole Creator Account Yourself

  1. Log in to ProfileBundle and open Settings > Profile.
  2. Under Delete account, click Delete my account and type your account email to confirm.
  3. Your profile, store, connected Instagram and Facebook accounts, automations and integration tokens are deleted immediately, and you get a confirmation email.

Withdraw any wallet balance first. Invoices, payout and bank records are kept for the period Indian tax law requires, and buyers keep access to products they already bought.

Option 2: Disconnect via ProfileBundle Creator Dashboard

Creators can delete their connected Facebook Pages, Instagram tokens, and automation records directly within their account:

  1. Log in to your ProfileBundle Creator Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the AutoDM section.
  3. Click the Disconnect button (or ✕) next to your connected Facebook Page or Instagram profile (also available under the Settings tab).
  4. Confirm the disconnection. Our system immediately purges your stored OAuth access tokens and permanently deactivates all related automation rules.

Zoom Integration (Creators)

From ProfileBundle:

  1. Log in to your ProfileBundle Creator Dashboard and open Consultations.
  2. On the Zoom card, click Disconnect and confirm.
  3. We revoke the authorization with Zoom and immediately erase your stored Zoom access and refresh tokens.

From Zoom:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Click Manage > Added Apps (or search for ProfileBundle).
  3. Click Remove next to ProfileBundle.
  4. Zoom notifies us of the removal and we automatically erase your stored Zoom tokens.

Meeting IDs and join links for sessions already booked remain on the related order so both parties can attend; they are deleted together with the order on a full deletion request (subject to statutory record retention). We never store Zoom recordings, chats or transcripts.

Google Sign-In

  1. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  2. Select ProfileBundle and click Delete all connections / Remove access.
  3. To also delete the name, email, Google ID and profile photo stored with your ProfileBundle account, send a deletion request by email (see below).

Telegram VIP Memberships (Buyers)

We store your Telegram user ID and username only to manage access to a creator's VIP channel. You can leave the channel at any time from Telegram. To have your Telegram identifiers erased from our records, email us with the subject "Telegram Data Deletion" and the email used at checkout. Please note that deletion ends access to any active membership, as we can no longer verify you.

WhatsApp Messages (Buyers & Support)

  • To stop order messages, reply STOP to our WhatsApp number at any time (reply START to turn them back on). You can also untick the WhatsApp box at checkout.
  • To delete your WhatsApp number, profile name and the messages you exchanged with our support team, send a deletion request by email (see below) and include your WhatsApp number.
  • Messages already delivered to your phone stay in your own WhatsApp app; you can delete them there.

Option 3: Request Full Data Deletion via Email

If you commented on a creator's post, received an automated DM, or have a registered user account and would like all associated logs, identifiers, and records permanently purged from our servers:

Send an email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" to:

Please specify your Instagram handle, Telegram username, or registered account email in the request. Our technical compliance team will verify and permanently purge all associated logs, identifiers, and delivery records within 48 hours and send you a confirmation notice.

What Data is Deleted Upon Request?

  • All encrypted Meta Graph API and Zoom OAuth access and refresh tokens.
  • Interaction history, message delivery status logs, and comment deduplication IDs.
  • Creator automation rules, keyword triggers, and configured DM templates.
  • Zoom user ID and Google account ID linked to your profile.
  • Telegram user ID, username and membership records.
  • WhatsApp number, profile name and support conversation history.
  • Associated user account details, preferences, and linked social profiles.

Invoices and payment records required under Indian tax and accounting laws are retained for the statutory period and then deleted.
