This Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy applies to all electronic products delivered on ProfileBundle (https://profilebundle.com), operated by Risona Technologies LLP (Proprietor: Risona Technologies LLP), Address: 205 Elita Square, VIP Circle, Uttran, Surat, Gujarat - 394105, India.

1. Instant Electronic SaaS Delivery

All products offered on ProfileBundle are 100% digital goods (software licenses, eBooks, video courses, downloadable media packs, and digital assets). As an electronic platform enabler, no physical shipping or physical courier dispatch is involved.

2. Automated Delivery Timeline & Access

Instant Access (< 2 Minutes): Upon payment confirmation via Cashfree Payments, our SaaS infrastructure automatically triggers:

An on-screen confirmation with direct instant file download buttons.
An automated payment invoice and download receipt delivered to your email.
Persistent access in your personal Customer Portal dashboard.

3. Shipping Charges

Because all items are delivered electronically via internet download, shipping charges are ₹0.00 (FREE).

4. Country-Wise Digital Delivery, Gateway Cuts & Creator Profit Payouts

Fulfillment & Net Revenue Distribution:

India (₹): Net Payout = Sale Price − Payment Gateway Fee − Platform Fee (8%, 5% or 3%)
Outside India ($): Net Payout = Sale Price − Payment Gateway Fee − Platform Fee (8%, 5% or 3%)

Digital delivery is global and instant. Both in India and outside India, your net payout is the product sale price minus the applicable payment gateway fee and minus your ProfileBundle platform fee (8%, 5%, or 3%, which covers WhatsApp API delivery and server hosting). The remaining balance is paid to you.

4.1 Platform Fee by Monthly Subscription Tier

Free Starter Plan (₹0/mo): 8% platform fee cut + payment gateway fee.
Growth Pro Plan (₹399/mo): 5% platform fee cut + payment gateway fee.
Pro Ultimate Plan (₹799/mo): 3% platform fee cut + payment gateway fee.

4.2 Country-Wise Payment Gateway Cuts

India (Domestic INR): Processed via Cashfree / Razorpay. The Indian payment gateway fee (2% + 18% GST = 2.36%) and your ProfileBundle platform fee (8%, 5% or 3% covering WhatsApp API & server hosting, plus GST where applicable) are deducted. The net balance is settled to your registered Indian bank account.
Outside India: Not available yet. We currently accept payments from buyers in India (₹) only; international payments will be added later through Cashfree.
