ProfileBundle is an electronic software platform and technology enabler provided by Risona Technologies LLP.Risona Technologies LLP operates solely as an Intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.Risona Technologies LLP DOES NOT create, produce, control, inspect, verify, license, endorse, guarantee, or sell the digital products, content, software files, media, or services offered by independent third-party sellers on the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering, or purchasing products on ProfileBundle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.
2. Scope of Platform Services (Software Enabler)
ProfileBundle provides digital storefront creation software, payment gateway integration infrastructure (Cashfree Payments), and automated file delivery technology. Risona Technologies LLP is a software provider and is not a merchant, creator, manufacturer, or seller of the items listed by independent users on creator store pages (`/shop/*`, `/dp/*`).
Independent Sellers: Products listed on creator storefronts are created, owned, priced, and listed independently by third-party sellers. All sales agreements, product warranties, and fulfillment representations are strictly between the buyer and the respective third-party seller.
No Pre-Screening or Endorsement: Risona Technologies LLP does not pre-screen, review, or endorse seller content, files, claim promises, or digital assets.
Intellectual Property Responsibility: Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring they own all rights, copyright licenses, and legal permissions for items they upload and sell on ProfileBundle.
Intermediary Non-Liability: In accordance with Indian Intermediary Guidelines, Risona Technologies LLP shall not be held liable for any seller's breach of intellectual property, fraudulent product claims, defective files, or non-fulfillment by independent merchants.
3.1 Products You May Not Sell
By publishing a product you confirm that you own it or are licensed to sell it, and that it is not any of the following:
Content or software you don't own or aren't licensed to sell. Pirated, leaked or copied courses, movies, music, games, game assets, books, templates or software. "Resell rights" or "PLR" content is allowed only if the original owner's licence really lets you resell it, and you can show that licence.
Counterfeit or unauthorised goods. Fake brand items, fake certificates, fake reviews or accounts.
Hacking and cracking material. Cracked or keygen software, account or password hacking tools, stolen data, fake government IDs or documents.
Adult content or services. Anything sexual, and anything involving minors in any way.
Gambling, betting and real-money gaming. Including tips, signals, lottery and satta-type products.
Trading and investment advice. Stock-market tips or calls, forex or crypto trading signals, securities, and schemes that promise returns.
Chain-selling and "get rich" schemes. Multi-level marketing joining fees, pyramid, Ponzi or matrix schemes.
Regulated or dangerous goods. Drugs, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, prescription or herbal medicines, miracle cures, and hazardous materials.
Bulk spam tools. Software or lists meant for unsolicited bulk messaging or marketing.
Anything illegal in India, or sold with false claims. If you couldn't explain it honestly to the buyer and to a regulator, don't list it.
ProfileBundle can remove a listing, pause payouts and close an account that sells these. Our payment partner does not support these businesses, so one such listing can put every seller's payments at risk.
4. Notice & Takedown Mechanism (Report Listing)
Risona Technologies LLP respects intellectual property rights and statutory regulations. If you believe any product listed by a third-party seller on ProfileBundle infringes your copyright, trademark, or violates Indian laws, you may submit a takedown report via the on-screen "Report Listing" button or by emailing support@profilebundle.com. Upon receipt of a valid notice, Risona Technologies LLP will promptly investigate and disable access to infringing material in compliance with Information Technology Intermediary Rules.
India (₹): Net Payout = Sale Price − Payment Gateway Fee − Platform Fee (8%, 5% or 3%) Outside India ($): Net Payout = Sale Price − Payment Gateway Fee − Platform Fee (8%, 5% or 3%)
Both on sales in India and outside India, your net payout is the product sale price minus the applicable payment gateway fee and minus your ProfileBundle platform fee (8%, 5%, or 3%, which covers WhatsApp API delivery and server hosting). The remaining balance is paid to you.
Creators may subscribe to different monthly SaaS subscription tiers which determine their base platform commission rate (covering WhatsApp API messaging, cloud storage, and platform infrastructure):
Free Starter Plan (₹0/forever): 8% ProfileBundle platform fee + payment gateway fee on each successful transaction.
Growth Pro Plan (₹399/month): Reduced 5% ProfileBundle platform fee + payment gateway fee on each successful transaction.
Pro Ultimate Plan (₹799/month): Reduced 3% ProfileBundle platform fee + payment gateway fee on each successful transaction.
Creators can upgrade or downgrade their subscription tier at any time through their dashboard.
Domestic payments are processed in Indian Rupees (₹) via statutory Indian payment gateway partners (such as Cashfree Payments / Razorpay) supporting UPI, Cards, and NetBanking.
Deductions consist of the domestic payment gateway fee (2% + 18% GST = 2.36%) in addition to the ProfileBundle platform commission for the creator's subscription tier (8%, 5%, or 3%, plus GST where applicable).
The net balance is automatically credited to the creator's registered Indian bank account via automated gateway vendor payouts.
5.3 International Transactions & Country-Wise Taxation (Global Customers)
ProfileBundle currently processes payments in Indian Rupees (₹) from buyers in India through Cashfree. International orders are not supported yet and will be added later.
5.4 Tax Invoices & Compliance
Platform SaaS fee invoices issued by Risona Technologies LLP comply with applicable Indian tax statutes. Creators are independently responsible for filing their own income tax returns and business taxes on their net platform earnings in accordance with their respective local tax jurisdictions.
6. Instagram AutoDM & Meta Messaging Policy Compliance
Creators utilizing ProfileBundle's Instagram AutoDM features agree to adhere strictly to all Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, and Commercial Messaging Policies. Specifically:
Opt-In & Intent: Automated direct messages may only be dispatched in direct response to user intent (e.g., when a user voluntarily posts an eligible keyword comment on the creator's post or reel).
Prohibition of Spam & Abusive Messaging: Creators must not use the automation features to distribute unsolicited bulk promotions, phishing links, deceptive marketing, malware, or prohibited content under Meta's Acceptable Use policies.
Standard Rate Limits & Anti-Spam Controls: ProfileBundle enforces automatic deduplication, rate limits, and standard messaging windows. ProfileBundle reserves the right to immediately pause or terminate AutoDM access for any account engaging in abusive messaging or policy violations.
Some features rely on third-party services that you choose to connect. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, and ProfileBundle is not responsible for their availability or outages.
Zoom: Creators who connect Zoom authorize ProfileBundle to create meetings on their Zoom account for booked consultations, and must comply with the Zoom Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Guidelines. Creators are responsible for conducting sessions, any recordings they choose to make, and obtaining participant consent where required. Zoom access can be removed at any time from the Consultations dashboard.
Telegram VIP Channels: Creators must own or administer the linked channel and add the ProfileBundle bot as an administrator, and must comply with the Telegram Terms of Service. Memberships grant access for the purchased period only; access is removed automatically on expiry unless renewed. Removing the bot, changing channel permissions, or deleting the channel may interrupt member access, which is the creator's responsibility. Content shared inside the channel is the sole responsibility of the creator.
Google Sign-In: Signing in with Google is optional and subject to Google's terms. You remain responsible for the security of your Google account.
8. User Accounts & Responsibilities
Users must provide authentic contact information (Name, Email, Mobile Phone +91 70167 99070). Account holders are responsible for maintaining password security and all activities occurring under their accounts. Users must be at least 18 years of age.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian laws, Risona Technologies LLP, its proprietor (Risona Technologies LLP), employees, or platform partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data arising out of third-party seller transactions or platform usage. Total aggregate liability for platform services shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by the user to Risona Technologies LLP for platform software access.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or platform services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
